  • Advanced education on Implicit Bias and forms of Covert Discrimination.
  • Deeply explores the origins of implicit bias and privilege through experiential activities and discussion.
  • Provides strategies for De-Biasing.

Cultural Sensitivity 1:1 Developer

  • Provides one-on-one assessment of areas of development, complete with several diversity assessments.
  • Personalized education on areas of bias, prejudice, or discrimination.
  • Opportunities for empathy strengthening.
  • Development of an Individualized Sensitivity Plan; with monthly follow-up from consultant. 

Dive-IN

The Diversity and Inclusion movement is moving into a new paradigm of action and implementation. With that movement, businesses and schools must shift towards greater self-awareness and implementing their knowledge into action. DIVE-IN stands for the Diversity, Inclusion, Values, and Equity Institute. The DIVE-IN Series will occur over several workshops with the goal of achieving transformative organizational change through experiential activities and conversations.
